They decided to sell this home privately and opted to use our Works package to tell the whole story to their audience on TradeMe. They were especially keen on using Matterport as the house is huge and on multiple levels and they wanted potential clients to be able to 'walk' around from anywhere in the world.

Just letting you know we went unconditional on our house sale today. We had the offer within a week or so of going to the market but didn't want to jinx it by
telling you until we went unconditional. The couple buying basically fell in love with it from the virtual tour. She lives in Wellington and flew down to view. She said she felt she
already knew the house as she has walked the virtual tour so many times. Her husband currently lives in Abu Dabi and so hasn't even seen it in the flesh so is totally reliant on the virtual
