Real Estate Video Production
I have two levels of video production for my real estate clients. A base video is generally shot within half an hour and edited in approximately an hour. It gives my agents a quick snapshot for social media and is popular for smaller homes on a budget. On the other hand my signature quality videos take up to 2-3 hours to shoot and another 2-3 hours to edit allowing them to be shot at multiple focal lengths and with extensive use of sliders and drone imagery. I shoot all video at high resolution using a Phantom 4 drone or using a DJI Ronin-S stabilised Nikon D850 DSLR.
Signature Quality with Agent
This video was produced in December 2021 and was shot for Susa Guhl Partners from Nelson. The property is a delicious hillside property in Cable Bay. The video tells the narrative of a sun-soaked seaside hideaway and proudly wears our signature.
Signature Quality without Agent
Nestled in a nook next to Nelson Cathedral Hill, Piki Mai, this video was produced in December 2021 for Steve Kelso from Sotheby's Nelson. The house is immersed in the bush that provides recluse from city life on the doorstep. This a great example of our signature quality video production.
Base Video with Agent
Ben Nalder from Summit does a great job of presenting his videos and connecting to his client-base via Social Media. This home in Stoke is a perfect illustration of our base video service. Drone work is also included for houses over 90m2.
Drone Only Video
It was a privilege to shoot this magnificent property in Tasman. This video was shot and edited within 48hrs for Fritz Horelmann from Bayleys just using drone imagery.
